- 1. We continuously strive to develop technologies, design products, and improve processes, taking into consideration their impact on society and the environment. We will promote impact assessments throughout our business processes to drive continuous improvement.

Quality Policy
To meet the needs of society and contribute to its prosperity, Powdertech Co., Ltd. and Wonderkeep Takahagi Co., Ltd. promote quality management based on the following specific policies.
- 1. We develop a quality management system to consistently provide quality that ensures customer safety and satisfaction and builds trust across development, manufacturing, and sales of our products. We strive to continuously improve the system by setting and reviewing quality targets.
- 2. We have a stable product supply system that ensures we can consistently meet customer quality requirements.
- 3. In order to meet the demands of customers, market and society, we consistently seek and research new technologies and continue to create new products (added value).
- 4. We respond swiftly to changes in laws and regulations, such as those concerning chemical substance management, and societal needs.
- 5. We provide quality improvement training to all of our employees, striving to enhance their understanding of this policy and raise quality awareness throughout our companies.
Environmental Policy
To share values with and earn the trust of local communities, Powdertech Co., Ltd. and Wonderkeep Takahagi Co., Ltd. promote environmental management based on the following specific policies.
- 1. We implement an environmental management system and comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and other requirements we have agreed to meet. By establishing and reviewing our voluntary standards, we are able to continuously improve the system in an effort to protect and improve the environment while preventing pollution.
- 2. In order to develop and supply products based on considerations for the global environment, we set objectives and targets for carbon neutrality, such as for promotion of energy saving and resource conservation, reduction of greenhouse gases and industrial waste, and other key areas, and work to achieve them.
- 3. We strive to build stronger trust relationships through cooperation with local communities by actively participating in environmental conservation activities in those local communities and in society broadly.
- 4. We conduct environmental education and internal awareness campaigns to enhance the understanding of environmental conservation among all people working for our companies and to raise their awareness and performance regarding environmental conservation, through which we strive for continuous improvement.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Powdertech Co., Ltd. and Wonderkeep Takahagi Co., Ltd. prioritize human dignity and safety above all else. With the goal of creating safe and healthy workplaces, we hereby declare our commitment to building mutual trust with all people working for our companies and collectively striving to achieve zero accidents, zero occurrence of fire or other injuries, and zero illnesses on the job.
To achieve this goal, we promote occupational health and safety management based on the following specific policies.
- 1. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety management systems, as well as other requirements and voluntary standards we have agreed to meet.
- 2. We collaborate with all people working for our companies to continuously improve the occupational health and safety management system through effective communication and management reviews.
- 3. By setting and reviewing occupational health and safety goals at every level, we ensure the effectiveness of our occupational health and safety management system and work to reduce occupational health and safety risks.
- 4. In developing products, we strive to adopt technologies and materials that give due consideration to occupational health and safety.
- 5. We conduct occupational health and safety education and internal awareness campaigns to enhance understanding and awareness of occupational health and safety.
- 6. We promote health maintenance and mental health care for all of our employees and strive to support their overall physical and mental well-being.
